Xigg

Follow the steps below to install the XOOPS Cube module version. If you don't know what XOOPS_TRUST_PATH in the document stands for, read "What is XOOPS_TRUST_PATH?" and "How to setup XOOPS_TRUST_PATH" first before proceeding.

1. Download the XOOPS Cube module version from all-in-one packages and unarchive the package.
2. You should see the "html" and "xoops_trust_path" folders in the unarchived package (Xigg_XOOPSCube_all-x.xx).
   • Copy the "Xigg" folder under "html/modules" to the XOOPS_ROOT_PATH/modules directory on your server.
   • Copy the "Xigg" folder under "xoops_trust_path/modules" to the XOOPS_TRUST_PATH/modules directory on your server.
   • Copy all the files and folders under "xoops_trust_path/PEAR" to the XOOPS_TRUST_PATH/PEAR directory on your server.
   Note that it is possible to rename the "Xigg" folder under "html/modules" to any name you like, for example to "news" or "blog." Note also that if the server has any of the pear libraries in the PEAR folder already installed, it is not necessary to copy those libraries to your server.
3. Login to XOOPS Cube as administrator and then install the Xigg module from the module administration page.
4. During install, if you see any warning messages regarding permission settings of cache folders, follow the instructions on the messages to set the cache folders writable by the web server (chmod 0777 etc).
